Runkle's Notary and Insurance has been
family owned and operated since 1949.

Bruce Runkle originally established the business in Red Lion, Pennsylvania as a Notary. His grandson, Mark Johnson has been the proud owner of Runkle's since 1995.

At all of our 3 locations, we are able to issue registration cards, licenses and stickers immediately. Additionally, the York office is an authorized PennDOT Photo License Center.

Today, Runkle's is a respected, reliable resource for various driver and vehicle services as well as a trusted Insurance Agency. Our mission is to meet and exceed your expectations.
