For those who prefer the convenience of learning at the computer, we provide a RULONA Compliant Pennsylvania Notary Training Course online. This is a Pennsylvania Department of State approved basic notary education course for applicants pursuing initial appointment pursuant to 57 Pa.C.S. § 322(b).
